To be honest I haven't had anything exciting to blog. That is until now.<br /><br />Lately I have been entering a few competitions (and playing a few scratchies) and I have won a few. But, this one I just had to post because:<br /><br />a) Of all the cuteness!<br />b) There are Eeveelutions (all nine) and<br />c) NYAN CAT!<br /><br />Now, I love my Eeveelutions, but I fell in love with Nyan Cat before I really got into the whole Eeveelutions thing.<br /><br />But anyway, I want to show off my prizes that I got from one of the competitions I entered.<br /><br />This is from the lady over at<a href="https://www.facebook.com/ScarletSparkleJewellery"> Scarlet Sparkle Jewellery</a>. You should definitely head on over to her Facebook Page and check out all the cool and cute things she makes.<br /><br />I fell in love with these Eeveelutions Necklaces and I was going to save every bit of my money to get them.<br /><br /><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

Ok so I know I haven't been non here in a while. I have had a bad case of writes's block, and I still have it. But while I've been going through that I have been making a few hair bows and I also got around to making a choker.</div>
<br />I am still working out the kinks in both my hair bows by finding easier ways to make them. And I also need to work on a tutorial on my choker.<br /><br />But for now, I just want to show you what I have been doing in the mean time.<br /><br />The first two pictures are my hair bow that I have been practicing. This time I am using a mesh ribbon with just some double sided tape and my hot glue gun.<br /><br />As I keep practicing, I am getting more better at it and now I have a lot of awesome bow ideas that are coming to mind. I might have to start sketching some of these ideas to remember what I want to make at a later date and when I have the right materials.<br /><br /><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh3IWIITt0JoIK8MSoHOkn90U5k2OHqjStS9uMrI42Jbe7LSJIy78nTXHqq6yBVTxh_4ndq_Zo61ZNw5NGqaHmK5GG0vMrbKC6lZlO-bsvkVEPesey6RCsk_b5c5bzFLVDHrjfvxYJfB2g/s1600/10509655_10204521563421182_777883996833214250_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh3IWIITt0JoIK8MSoHOkn90U5k2OHqjStS9uMrI42Jbe7LSJIy78nTXHqq6yBVTxh_4ndq_Zo61ZNw5NGqaHmK5GG0vMrbKC6lZlO-bsvkVEPesey6RCsk_b5c5bzFLVDHrjfvxYJfB2g/s1600/10509655_10204521563421182_777883996833214250_n.jpg" height="320" width="320" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">My first use of the mesh ribbon. I actually recommend using this type of ribbon as it isn't flimsy like the satin ribbon.<br /></td></tr>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Slightly getting better at making my bows.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
As much as I love using the satin ribbon. The mesh ribbon as become my favourite to use.<br /><br /><br />Now for my chokers.<br /><br />I did do a test choker just to see how well it would turn out for me. I pretty much followed the instructions from Lady Spleen, and her <a href="http://ladyspleen.com/1/post/2010/04/diy-velvet-ribbon-choker.html">Diy Velvet Ribbon Choker</a>.<br />
<br />
<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
Now even though it looks plain. It was the whole point to it being a "tester". I didn't want to make something that wasn't going to work for me. But in the end, it actually came out better than I expected. Yes it was a little loose around my neck as my measurements were off by a centimeter.<br /><br />Then the next day, I decided to play it up a little and try a satin ribbon choker. This time adding a Dolphin Cameo.<br /><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<br />I have to say that I am quite proud of this one. It's only my second choker that I made, but I just absolutely love it.<br />

<br />
I have only recently stated liking hair bows. Now I am not really a girly kind of girl and don't really wear bows in my hair.<br />
<br />
But I have come to fall in love with all kind of bows like cute cats, music notes, superheroes etc. And I can't wait to make more of these in different styles as well as fabric bows and expand my hair bow collection.<br />
<br />
I was inspired to write my own tutorial from <a href="http://www.instructables.com/id/Satin-Lace-Hair-Bows-12-different-patterns/?ALLSTEPS">Instructables</a> and <a href="http://www.theribbonretreat.com/blog/tuxedo-bow-shoe-clip-tutorial.html">The Ribbon Retreat Blog</a>, while I was searching for hair bow tutorials on Google.<br />
<br />
I am going to do my best at showing you how to make a Satin Bow.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">My first satin bow I made.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<br />
<div>
I do hope my tutorial will be easy to understand. I tried to get as many pictures as I could for this tutorial.<br />
<br />
And I hope you enjoy making and wearing these lovely satin bows.<br />
<br />
*If anyone wonders why I have a few different types of backgrounds, it is because I had to do a few takes with this tutorial.... I did make a joke on Facebook that it would take me all day. Turns out it did! And I also tried to make it the one colour purple but I didn't quite get there.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
You need these materials to make this bow.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiGmn8Ymz1A7LsYsoIaDJULZj_cpO8f6G1MFFeZLBRsr_giZ7OW1duK9I_KRJjb-CiVtmqO9dQSlialNeQVLOQLWdp_pwwXpI7o_jmYf8Y0FDoqjCYSAlNkFWFK3VL3Q7VFsYOXt8Kak2g/s1600/Equipment.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiGmn8Ymz1A7LsYsoIaDJULZj_cpO8f6G1MFFeZLBRsr_giZ7OW1duK9I_KRJjb-CiVtmqO9dQSlialNeQVLOQLWdp_pwwXpI7o_jmYf8Y0FDoqjCYSAlNkFWFK3VL3Q7VFsYOXt8Kak2g/s1600/Equipment.png" height="300" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<br />
MATERIALS NEEDED:<br />
<br />
* Satin Ribbon<br />
* Ruler<br />
* Needle & Thread<br />
* Scissors<br />
* Lighter<br />
* Glue Gun</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<br />
First you need to cut your ribbon. You need 2 strips of 8 inch ribbon and a small piece at 2 inches.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhBGdoeNLLN8euM5ZDBjy7gJ3AzUyUsl0KimsnzoOdFlaNo9xvAyPZ7h1jaiJwVxKGV1s8zomxEq5mdOeEnGXYVkHy2vgkBiaABIg8hx9j5Tl84mj4EtIy6XVgb37MO7kWkEcIKqj4MPIw/s1600/Step+2.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhBGdoeNLLN8euM5ZDBjy7gJ3AzUyUsl0KimsnzoOdFlaNo9xvAyPZ7h1jaiJwVxKGV1s8zomxEq5mdOeEnGXYVkHy2vgkBiaABIg8hx9j5Tl84mj4EtIy6XVgb37MO7kWkEcIKqj4MPIw/s1600/Step+2.png" height="300" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<br />
<br />
Seal your ribbon ends by ether using your preferred method or by using the lighter. Like I did.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Pull the needle through and wrap the thread around the bow a few times and secure using the thread. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
And here is your first bow done. Now repeat the previous steps to make another one and you should have two bows that look similar.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidkypti9wtL6dx2RehWjP2w4EN4CKzBQ-lHcgIHgf-MRJSEBbxSFzhlf9mnLAKTsYXaxbxHU5Pxmjxujd7Ls8mOw75qm3A1XSS8Uf5op_Pt6A40QTD6QtD7BMXCRtXNOQMdy_G0aRJyzM/s1600/059.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidkypti9wtL6dx2RehWjP2w4EN4CKzBQ-lHcgIHgf-MRJSEBbxSFzhlf9mnLAKTsYXaxbxHU5Pxmjxujd7Ls8mOw75qm3A1XSS8Uf5op_Pt6A40QTD6QtD7BMXCRtXNOQMdy_G0aRJyzM/s1600/059.png" height="301" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Using your needle and thread again, stitch the two bows together like you did with the singular bow. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEikWoGL8o1rTE66C9uibtfdbVYlEXdgRDo7qLSPLvyZGsqstKU_PNGYNgoSP24h_CMC-MLbxp222pPseGmp8F2juTrqnaQPrkUNeMbKfCVosman5W-5oVNDKg7cARC34BQ68fAVpM_h9VI/s1600/044.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEikWoGL8o1rTE66C9uibtfdbVYlEXdgRDo7qLSPLvyZGsqstKU_PNGYNgoSP24h_CMC-MLbxp222pPseGmp8F2juTrqnaQPrkUNeMbKfCVosman5W-5oVNDKg7cARC34BQ68fAVpM_h9VI/s1600/044.png" height="400" width="301" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
And now you have a bow just needing the final touches.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVvWiCyqrXMEOIAHrmvkW24l8E5_ByPx7tyUZPtHsYZBfMLFicmTKuC49k6HvqGRnTXUoDAuw8DP6BQ8QxOR7OnlCuOgrkt2Tlz5rzgwTWP7n08SWQZcaNYYweHhO5AL8Fc1jQB-J5PBo/s1600/061.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVvWiCyqrXMEOIAHrmvkW24l8E5_ByPx7tyUZPtHsYZBfMLFicmTKuC49k6HvqGRnTXUoDAuw8DP6BQ8QxOR7OnlCuOgrkt2Tlz5rzgwTWP7n08SWQZcaNYYweHhO5AL8Fc1jQB-J5PBo/s1600/061.png" height="301" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br />
Now using the smaller piece of ribbon, get the double sided tape (or fabric adhesive) and stick to one side length ways. then fold over.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjmvzmdT0u9iaISXSxaIoEnoNPDO1iVULV3I9Q2uJNNoAl235fZ5ABG7cJ1aQXEOz8n5J3RUfzAAiZQ9ThXTCVIdc6ouC4GQ81P60FeSxA26f8XL6qsl4_EfgTQ27iKZhRWy9h5CQXW9r0/s1600/Fotor0808211952.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjmvzmdT0u9iaISXSxaIoEnoNPDO1iVULV3I9Q2uJNNoAl235fZ5ABG7cJ1aQXEOz8n5J3RUfzAAiZQ9ThXTCVIdc6ouC4GQ81P60FeSxA26f8XL6qsl4_EfgTQ27iKZhRWy9h5CQXW9r0/s1600/Fotor0808211952.png" height="301" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
Dab some hot glue to the middle of the bow and place one end of the smaller ribbon over the glue and hold for a few seconds.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjAbktTAPDsepkMTdD5h1AD14mfzXqYqdd1FA47d_FzsH5jgEyyqIepxya5UxJoM13BIoMgNbvhGt8A9WBtSMEtZ8pO9C0TirwKTAubUJaDlPQ5BwxHmdFFlWHhCNSmK3Ceps4fr0BVeps/s1600/Fotor0809115528.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjAbktTAPDsepkMTdD5h1AD14mfzXqYqdd1FA47d_FzsH5jgEyyqIepxya5UxJoM13BIoMgNbvhGt8A9WBtSMEtZ8pO9C0TirwKTAubUJaDlPQ5BwxHmdFFlWHhCNSmK3Ceps4fr0BVeps/s1600/Fotor0809115528.png" height="301" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
And wrap around the middle of the bow and secure the end with another dab of hot glue. Trim off any excess ribbon.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhsfXlhc5MztYe_yE8bnENTMdk6NcTM1Onk6eQ8mNLg6PJKYFv5MHiybRB2R5xK_oa5VCFMH-zEtB_6QMbho8P1Gpwl22_ShF7VxgwhHeWOsBi1WiVMH0B5Wjn_AK-6DglZyzLU2CrEfYE/s1600/065.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhsfXlhc5MztYe_yE8bnENTMdk6NcTM1Onk6eQ8mNLg6PJKYFv5MHiybRB2R5xK_oa5VCFMH-zEtB_6QMbho8P1Gpwl22_ShF7VxgwhHeWOsBi1WiVMH0B5Wjn_AK-6DglZyzLU2CrEfYE/s1600/065.png" height="301" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<br />
And voila! Congratulations you have just made a bow.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi_j9xsBbIvqb7PMlPL0He9PGUXR7nibPOMzkGyg8fwFWBcJVPy2rjli77zEGa1_Mm-IHf7lmCpchKYDFZPEd7uZSE0wCuswQjjZypYt_GPp_v8YAn-0EXyOzev-18GNaKoIkpLc6ynqtM/s1600/067.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi_j9xsBbIvqb7PMlPL0He9PGUXR7nibPOMzkGyg8fwFWBcJVPy2rjli77zEGa1_Mm-IHf7lmCpchKYDFZPEd7uZSE0wCuswQjjZypYt_GPp_v8YAn-0EXyOzev-18GNaKoIkpLc6ynqtM/s1600/067.png" height="400" width="301" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
To make these wearable, you will need a crocodile clip.<br />
<br />
Get a crocodile clip and just slide it through the back of the bow where the crease is. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiYa9U9dX7J-xGtC-25LeSCaJBCX5z1gNoNS-1z0pIRiiKxHh3dwRCwnxD-3Qsfe40zlnZQe1_4elQ6r1tqfF75xHp_eslhIrP7FT5GtASXj-lqDMkDO89aaYdRo0UPsg5hdJvkTvB4UkU/s1600/Fotor0809124050.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiYa9U9dX7J-xGtC-25LeSCaJBCX5z1gNoNS-1z0pIRiiKxHh3dwRCwnxD-3Qsfe40zlnZQe1_4elQ6r1tqfF75xHp_eslhIrP7FT5GtASXj-lqDMkDO89aaYdRo0UPsg5hdJvkTvB4UkU/s1600/Fotor0809124050.png" height="400" width="322" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
And that concludes my tutorial on how to make a Hair Bow. I do apologize with how long the post is, but I wanted to make sure I got all the steps that I went by.<br />
<br />
It also took me two days to create this post. Who would have thought that this would take me this long to write it.<br />

<br />
So I thought in today's post I will guide you on how to cut one. I will be working on a video sometime at a later date.<br />
<br />
<br />
Ok these are the tools that is needed for this project:<br />
<br />
Soft Drink Cans<br />
Knife<br />
Scissors<br />
Paper Towel<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhSenIBsmE244e_zDC7AS6s5GeO8t2STlHPZhijqvsWFCTmku3c4G6NqsHMCGRIVYn3AdvIOZnOijLV9hBVfK3Z0XH8QseDimrGhM8cDn6MPyDKobXXhmQssAIFFA5-Shj26KPNW50JLyI/s1600/009.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhSenIBsmE244e_zDC7AS6s5GeO8t2STlHPZhijqvsWFCTmku3c4G6NqsHMCGRIVYn3AdvIOZnOijLV9hBVfK3Z0XH8QseDimrGhM8cDn6MPyDKobXXhmQssAIFFA5-Shj26KPNW50JLyI/s1600/009.jpg" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<br />
STEP 1:<br />
<br />
The first thing you need to do is rinse out your cans and let them dry.<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEioTnaSqnHfCRWs5P3_V4SpCAkthzYplk8D9_3Gd2jXcEhNhCaNINs-J64wSRqZdIQ8GjMp97EVZDK2q8EuVpsB8OkK_BPZpErd0BeUP0V99YDbshYmqANelRrJuiraZKuKH6ODQ2ZBjhM/s1600/Step+0.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEioTnaSqnHfCRWs5P3_V4SpCAkthzYplk8D9_3Gd2jXcEhNhCaNINs-J64wSRqZdIQ8GjMp97EVZDK2q8EuVpsB8OkK_BPZpErd0BeUP0V99YDbshYmqANelRrJuiraZKuKH6ODQ2ZBjhM/s1600/Step+0.jpg" height="240" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<br />
STEP 2:<br />
<br />
*Safety Warning*<br />
Now before you start cutting your tin can you should be very careful as to not cut yourself or getting any tin shards in your eye. You might want to get some protective goggles and a pair of leather gloves for your safety. I didn't have these on hand so I was extra careful when I was cutting and taking my time with care and patience.<br />
<br />
<br />
Puncture two holes in the can with your knife.<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<br />
STEP 3:<br />
<br />
Now use your knife to cut in between the two punctures to create an "I" figure. Like so.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<br /></div>
<br />
STEP 4:<br />
<br />
Using your scissors, start cutting along one side to about half way then flip over and cut all the way through to the end of the can. Then finish the other side.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<br />
STEP 5:<br />
<br />
Now your can should now look like this.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br /></div>
Just posting up a couple of new plants to our outdoor area of potted plants (I will blog about the other plants in another post).<br />
<br />
When I was growing up, my dad's house had some wonderful scented roses growing. And ever since then I have had a love for roses. It's not the first one on my flower list, but its in the top 5 of my favourite flowers.<br />
<br />
But because the house I'm living in is a rental. I have decided that any plant I want to grow would have to planted in pots. Which is good in my books, as I love pots.<br />
<br />
Now the reason why i'm talking about roses is this little miniature rose I recently got.<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjaISiCipq3NDRZj0QD0l8ZakEJPmgMRpUCNomxy1HyHjgLLo7MddeGugQ0bUfuCQJD6oKeu676XxdbbXqd5wH02EoeVvCcUNklOunHiy_5muhai0VT4eQhxeCu_DHAXVrh4Wy-fBuThp4/s1600/PicMonkey+Collage.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjaISiCipq3NDRZj0QD0l8ZakEJPmgMRpUCNomxy1HyHjgLLo7MddeGugQ0bUfuCQJD6oKeu676XxdbbXqd5wH02EoeVvCcUNklOunHiy_5muhai0VT4eQhxeCu_DHAXVrh4Wy-fBuThp4/s1600/PicMonkey+Collage.png" height="320" width="320" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">My newest miniature rose.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<br />
I don't have room for the normal sized roses that are out there so I collect miniature roses. They are the perfect sized rose for me. And they can come scented. You just need to look for them.<br />
<br />
The next addition is another miniature (well technically is a dwarf). And I use these a lot in my teas and baking. If you hadn't guessed by now, it's a dwarf lemon tree.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgOx9TWD9tR0c5ZTnTxdlSWmh81f6x70GvdnNDspG8kFhUBBQFSNQBCHClOaO1EEy1C_HO2pKIa0UBkXX7ZBQVdlvcOTx6iN4q9_Bg0Q2f-d06KljtZo3TbaPHS2asPifn3MQTs9MRxD_c/s1600/lemon+tree.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgOx9TWD9tR0c5ZTnTxdlSWmh81f6x70GvdnNDspG8kFhUBBQFSNQBCHClOaO1EEy1C_HO2pKIa0UBkXX7ZBQVdlvcOTx6iN4q9_Bg0Q2f-d06KljtZo3TbaPHS2asPifn3MQTs9MRxD_c/s1600/lemon+tree.png" height="320" width="320" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Dwarf Lemon Tree.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
I will post up all the other potted plants in another blog. I need to take some nicer looking photos of everything, and make it look pretty =P I will also add some close ups of the lemon blossom flowers as well Including the new additions to the front garden.<br />
<br />

<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
The box went from this recycled tissue box to this...<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi0zd7eLi5dyG0Afz5ON2G3vchxo2o3KP6y2AjP3D8zt-FhRjzAX_iJeMCW-Nw8uODBLUWG79DGoWkAHZm4axv5IPJr4vJpI2hO9j2mNsHfZ0vkoeH6fixu6IluxmcBwCylp2VN4Nm5Cpg/s1600/PicMonkey+Collage.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi0zd7eLi5dyG0Afz5ON2G3vchxo2o3KP6y2AjP3D8zt-FhRjzAX_iJeMCW-Nw8uODBLUWG79DGoWkAHZm4axv5IPJr4vJpI2hO9j2mNsHfZ0vkoeH6fixu6IluxmcBwCylp2VN4Nm5Cpg/s1600/PicMonkey+Collage.jpg" height="258" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<br />
Now I had some extra wrapping paper left over from when I did my<a href="http://whiteskinnedwanderer.blogspot.com.au/2014/06/diy-recipe-holder.html"> Recipe Holder </a>. So keeping with the theme I had started, I decided to use the same paper for my incense box.<br />
<br />
Instead of using normal scotch tape like I had with the Recipe Holder. I used my favourite Elmer's adhesive spray for this project.<br />
It had made this project go so much easier as I didn't have use the tape. I may just end up redoing my recipe folder with the spray. But I will need to buy more wrapping paper before I do as a "just in case something goes wrong".<br />
<br />

Ok I have managed to get 2 projects completed. Took me no more than an hour to complete</div>
<br />I have fallen in love with <a href="http://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/elmer-s-multi-purpose-spray-adhesive-311-gram-ja0366940">Elmer's Adhesive Spray </a> that I bought from Officeworks about a year ago and never really got to use it until now.<br /><br />DIY Pen Holder<br /><br />So my first project I finished was my pen holder. <br /><br />I recycled a 420g Heinz Spaghetti Can that I had for lunch a few days ago. (I am now collecting tin cans of all sizes despite what my boyfriend says - he thinks it is all rubbish!). And I had just left it on the table in my craft room waiting for it to be prettied up with a sample of my wallpaper I made over at <a href="http://www.spoonflower.com/welcome">Spoonflower</a>.<br /><br />I do apologize for not having a before shot of my tin can. But i'm pretty sure everyone knows what they look like.<br /><br /><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhL7d8BxzCyskZGpKqoMVYStqfayxdo9pMi3Wzr-nHZkHPvdmmhE68u1LUN55My0xtbEunKp1-0nxbq2qR4XIOIm9vx3ptT1Uk8j9DtVLme1ig9lbKct1kPQ974ummeXF2HaLwxGvtW6dM/s1600/002.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhL7d8BxzCyskZGpKqoMVYStqfayxdo9pMi3Wzr-nHZkHPvdmmhE68u1LUN55My0xtbEunKp1-0nxbq2qR4XIOIm9vx3ptT1Uk8j9DtVLme1ig9lbKct1kPQ974ummeXF2HaLwxGvtW6dM/s1600/002.jpg" height="320" width="268" /></a></td></tr>

<br />
I love recycling and re-purposing cans and glass jars. I just can't keep that many in the house at the moment until I have proper organization in my craft room.. I have even saved the tiny cat food tins that I have a project in the works for. The only thing I do need to purchase for that project is some spray paint and either some more wallpaper or some thick washi tape.<br /><br />The other thing I need to do, is to do up a DIY spray box for my adhesive spray so I don't get it everywhere.<br />
<br />Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06572611498383468092noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2509838727962352397.post-77250354796850781722014-07-15T10:56:00.001+10:002014-07-15T10:56:59.508+10:00Apologies Hello everyone!<br /><br />I do apologize for the lack in posts for the last few weeks. I have been quite busy with my work placement and it was quite tiring. <br /><br />I'm finally playing the catch up game with chores, washing and folding. And trying to get back into the projects that I haven't quite finished yet.<br /><br />On the plus side of this work placement I did manage to get a card class in once a month out of it (I was hoping for a job but oh well). So I need to start organizing that now as well.<br /><br />Now that I'm back and playing catch up you will hear from me a bit more. And I should have a post up within the next day or two.<br /><br />Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06572611498383468092noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2509838727962352397.post-2249620465098878132014-06-29T17:16:00.002+10:002014-06-29T17:27:58.535+10:00Christmas Wish ListLast night I decided to create a Christmas gift list for the household. I took this idea from <a href="http://blissfulkeeperathome.com/2012/12/snowy-christmas-wish-list-printables/">Blissful Keeper At Home</a>. I was going to just print it out but I thought to myself 'why print it, when I can make it'.<br />
<br />
And that's what I did.<br />
<br />
I had everything I needed on hand. So all I needed to do was make it.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi2GPp3KO11pLLVDECcbvfQxW_J-63-2UD7UUztknBLDGfLCGzg-1ipbPxAJAEL-Xhkc_297jHsEr6Eoa2qWmJYPMr_UCKIqMJ5eKlvL-6QP4WyvZFuVLmpG3ApxHzN5buq0U3VCB4Hqvw/s1600/christmas+wl.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi2GPp3KO11pLLVDECcbvfQxW_J-63-2UD7UUztknBLDGfLCGzg-1ipbPxAJAEL-Xhkc_297jHsEr6Eoa2qWmJYPMr_UCKIqMJ5eKlvL-6QP4WyvZFuVLmpG3ApxHzN5buq0U3VCB4Hqvw/s1600/christmas+wl.jpg" height="320" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
I actually love the final result so much that I think I may make some Christmas cards and tags to go with it!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgWKQKOKQhyIHshRCkKuImKgAnBJr7OLuoJrJR_Pm7v3ujyBCl1wzH67Mzrm7dMHrDLc5AEE0PM6bvRZq24SHFyFTukPbn4dbFyHztuEymd-bT856Wuq_NbP0xF3XIh9Y9PeEKELafGTmE/s1600/christmas+wl1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgWKQKOKQhyIHshRCkKuImKgAnBJr7OLuoJrJR_Pm7v3ujyBCl1wzH67Mzrm7dMHrDLc5AEE0PM6bvRZq24SHFyFTukPbn4dbFyHztuEymd-bT856Wuq_NbP0xF3XIh9Y9PeEKELafGTmE/s1600/christmas+wl1.jpg" height="320" width="253" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
Oh I will be back on work placement from tomorrow onwards so I probably wont get to post much. However there are 2 posts I need to make and one of them is a delicious and moist carrot cake. So while I was "under lock-down" I went to 3 doctors appointments, had a blood test as well as a urine/stool test. And made sure my hypothyroid was not infected.<br /><br />So I decided to spend this quality time to catch up on the washing and folding, which now I have more folding to do. Must remind myself to that when the bed free from sleeping bodies.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Sam sleeping under my nice warm (and needing a wash) doona. </td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
Anyway, during the week I decided to get something that will help me with my work placement (and maybe a job in the near future). I am still waiting on a few other things like a watch and new pair of shoes.<br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhibDA931w4MmPlMLAxkXUO_VJ5_4y8St9-8Yx6eCZxbQT3Kl_1yVip7JF6MDRG1yGVEij3Zs3WKLmuGnN8rMC7ErMCQaksbLmYLk1Cr46ZRzjdzmuChjndD2SoHnXqa4UA8BZg7aNMhdE/s1600/nurse+equipment.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhibDA931w4MmPlMLAxkXUO_VJ5_4y8St9-8Yx6eCZxbQT3Kl_1yVip7JF6MDRG1yGVEij3Zs3WKLmuGnN8rMC7ErMCQaksbLmYLk1Cr46ZRzjdzmuChjndD2SoHnXqa4UA8BZg7aNMhdE/s1600/nurse+equipment.jpg" height="320" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<br /> I think that this will get a lot of use... actually I know that it will. </div>

But I will tell you this...<br /><br />It has something to with paper and flowers. And it is going be some form of feature for a table.<br /><br />So if you have guessed what that part is, then you are on the right track.<br /><br />I will post up more updates once I've completed the task.<br />Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06572611498383468092noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2509838727962352397.post-7807649715800502192014-06-12T14:14:00.001+10:002014-06-12T14:14:18.256+10:00DIY Recipe HolderI know it has been a couple of days since my last post. But today I'm bring you something that I made for the kitchen to hold all of new recipes that I want to make.<br /><br />This morning while waiting for the groceries arrive from Woolworths. I had made myself a recipe holder using an empty Nutri-grain box that I had lying around. I found some pretty wrapping paper and some scissors and tape. And went on making this cute Recipe Holder.<br /><br /><br /><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">The making of the Recipe folder. </td></tr>

<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I love this project as it was a money saver. I had everything I needed on hand. And all it took was 15 minutes of my own time to make this.<br /><br /><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">The final result of my Recipe Holder. </td></tr>
</tbody></table>
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br />I chose this particular wrapping paper, not only because it had blue birds on it (I love birds), but because I knew it would fit in perfectly as to where it would go in the kitchen.<br /><br /><br /><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">My Recipe Holder in it's perfect spot. </td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br /><br />It is now at home on the kitchen bench next to my lemons (for Lemon Tea) and the unsightly tea towels with the bread. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br />I think I need to make a bread box and do something about that basket... </div>

<span style="text-align: left;">I've just spent the last couple of hours prepping and making my first ever sponge cake from scratch.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
Following the recipe that I had posted up in my entry <a href="http://whiteskinnedwanderer.blogspot.com.au/2014/06/sponge-cake-challenge-part-1.html">Sponge Cake Challenge Part 1</a>. <br /><br />I was worried that it wouldn't turn out properly. And with our oven being so small, I was only able to fit one cake in there so I opted to just make the one cake for now, seeing as this was a kind of a test cake. But if it does turn out good, I will make two cakes next time and have a proper sponge cake.<br /><br /><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

The previous tenants left rubbish in the garden. There was solo bottles, dirty diapers and cigarette buts. It was pretty disgusting. The thing was you couldn't see that they were in there. It was well hidden because of the trees.<br /><br />

My hair was either short or I have it up in a ponytail or a plait.<br />
<br />
But as life changes you, so do the little things around you change. I started to like hair bows. But not just any kind of hair bow. They have to be cute, of an interest that I like or something geeky.<br />
<br />
I only own four hair bows. But if I had the money I would own a lot more.<br /><br /><br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">The four hair bows that I own.</td></tr>

<br /></div>
And this is what this post is about....<br />
<br />
Making your own hair bows.<br />
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Now this project has been on my to do list for a while now. And I still don't have all the equipment required to make them. I'm just needing the clips to go with them.<br />
<br />
They are easy to make. I googled a few different DIYs on making hair bows and found the ones that suited to me best in technique wise and I will use these tutorials when I eventually make my own hair bows.<br /><br />The first one I found is from <a href="http://www.rookiemag.com/2012/02/how-to-make-a-bow/">Rookie mag</a>. I will probably use this tutorial quite a lot due to the glue that is used here. I do have a glue gun, but I'm not good at using it.<br /><br />Another one I would also use quite regularly is from <a href="http://littlemisskimberlyann.blogspot.com.au/2013/06/easy-diy-hair-bows.html">Little Miss Kimberly Ann</a>. This one is quite easy, and probably the first one I will try.<br /><br /><a href="http://www.lifewithlesdeux.com/2013/05/diy-hair-bow-or-bow-tie-tutorial.html">Life with les deux</a> Has the same principles as the first two I've posted. <br /><br />I'm really looking forward to making these lace hair bows from <a href="http://www.shanty-2-chic.com/2012/03/5-minute-no-sew-lace-bow.html">Shanty 2 Chic</a>. I had so many ideas popping into my head when I saw these. I now need to invest in a lot of lace to make them.<br /><br />I do have another plan with these DIY hair bows, but I'm keeping it a secret for the time being. My hair bow making skills need to be perfect for that project.</div>

<br />
Technically I think they are more of a cracker of sorts. But they are still very delicious. I have adapted this recipe to my style by changing the flat bread that is used. The original recipe is found over at <a href="http://www.macaroniandcheesecake.com/2011/09/baked-cinnamon-sugar-chips.html">Macaroni and Cheesecake</a>.<br />

<br />
I had only been awake for at least 10 minutes, and went into the kitchen to make myself a mint tea when the boyfriend says to me " Wendy I have a challenge for you. I want you to make a sponge cake at some point this week. We have all of the ingredients in the fridge/pantry". Oh and he even found a recipe for me to use.<br />
<br />
My jaw dropped a little when he said that to me.<br />
<br />
I have never made sponge cake before, especially from scratch. I have made box cakes before and bought the odd pre-made sponge cake. But I have never made one.<br />
<br />
I have decided to use this challenge to my advantage and feature it on here.<br />
<br />
I found the recipe he was talking about and saved it. I've been told that if I can make scones I can pull off a sponge cake!<br />
<br />
<a href="http://www.smh.com.au/lifestyle/homestyle/blogs/tried-and-tasted/how-to-make-a-perfect-sponge-cake-20111011-1li3i.html">http://www.smh.com.au/lifestyle/homestyle/blogs/tried-and-tasted/how-to-make-a-perfect-sponge-cake-20111011-1li3i.html</a><br />
<br />
I have included the recipe here, if you didn't want to scroll through the whole blog just to get to the recipe.<br />

5 years ago, If I were to ask myself "where would you be in 5 years time". Well I never pictured that I would be here writing this and living where I am, and who I am with now.</div>
<br />5 years ago, I was an independent woman who had a full time job. Earning enough money each fortnight to have some spending money to buy things I wanted. Yes, I still lived at home. But I did pay a bit of rent to help dad out. I had the freedom to go out on my own whenever I wanted to. I was single, and just expected the fact I was going to be alone for the rest of my life and become a crazy cat lady, who still lived at home.<br /><br />I was OK with that, I had a social life and a work life. Life was pretty nice at the time. But I wasn't happy.<br /><br />Then one Friday night I decided to record Rage on the ABC channel and watched over the weekend.<br /><br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
And then I saw the one song that would change my life completely.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<iframe allowfullscreen='allowfullscreen' webkitallowfullscreen='webkitallowfullscreen' mozallowfullscreen='mozallowfullscreen' width='320' height='266' src='https://www.youtube.com/embed/plPPJIx4ysw?feature=player_embedded' frameborder='0'></iframe></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<br />Now back then I was wearing a pair of jeans and T-shirt. I wore either a pair of thongs or sneakers. I didn't own any skirts or dresses except for maybe one or two. And everything I did own was either blue, black and grey. Even my hair short and black. And I was a size 16<br /><br /><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh22ICzhByxom_PlNVfKOqRlYupwrpx5b_Lz1F0DTzrvwtmhaI6-o2tmurExNIHyrJkfCfWInqxntZ9ohbvUSk4O34rQeTtDqJgM3mO6YbmybG-tcyUzI_UeqBANX146NJLYY4vbgGFLl0/s1600/001.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh22ICzhByxom_PlNVfKOqRlYupwrpx5b_Lz1F0DTzrvwtmhaI6-o2tmurExNIHyrJkfCfWInqxntZ9ohbvUSk4O34rQeTtDqJgM3mO6YbmybG-tcyUzI_UeqBANX146NJLYY4vbgGFLl0/s1600/001.JPG" height="400" width="300" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Me, 5 years ago,</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
But in the last four years since meeting my boyfriend, my style had begun to change. <br /><br />Jeans turned into leggings and some shorts. T-shirts became cute print t-shirts, I still wear thongs for casual outings like shopping and sneakers in the winter time. I own a few pairs of slightly heeled shoes. And I have dresses. Oh and I now have colour in my wardrobe!<br /><br /><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj-nzP0K-rTwgmvaQb_mDwG34P2T_092VVUfSjLqFCEkAM0iBYv76Ma82qsUyrtT4Ij_SDl9nJM0p6_IL1fxYo4GUkZVtLzf-YnhpF_yLdBh2rJl3Lh2XDC4_bgDk6odAsPhwkVoDPdwoE/s1600/193.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj-nzP0K-rTwgmvaQb_mDwG34P2T_092VVUfSjLqFCEkAM0iBYv76Ma82qsUyrtT4Ij_SDl9nJM0p6_IL1fxYo4GUkZVtLzf-YnhpF_yLdBh2rJl3Lh2XDC4_bgDk6odAsPhwkVoDPdwoE/s1600/193.JPG" height="320" width="240" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Me, in March 2014</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br /><br />
Now there is big change in the 5 years that the 2 photos were taken. <br /><br />Firstly, yes I'm wearing a dress, and make up! The dress is bright blue with cats on it. I'm wearing cat ears. My hair is long and it is my natural hair colour. Oh and I've gained a complete dress size or two.<br /><br />But it wasn't all that changed. I became a live-in carer. My spending money became my savings. And both my independence and social life got locked away. I had lost who I once was. But for three of years of losing myself, I was happy and in love. <br /><br />However, in the last year, I had began to find myself again while still being in love and happy. I started baking/cooking more, making cards (or just any kind of paper craft) and just getting back into the shows and movies I used to watch. I still miss my music (other than the music that I have on my IPhone) and going to concerts. But I am working on that.<br /><br />I'm doing a Cert 3 in Aged Care and in a couple of weeks, I will be doing 3 weeks work placement. There is lots of work in the Aged Care industry and once I've completed the course I could go straight into a job or I could keep studying.<br /><br />But right now, I'm still happy and still very much in love. And I'm almost back to being my complete self again.<br /><br /><br />
